This has been an on going discussion and question in regards to the pre heat tubes used for the 1968 1969 Skylark, GS 350 and GS 400's. The 1968 Skylark, GS 350 and GS 400 use the SAME pre heat tube...Which is also used on the 1969 Skylark models... However, the 1969 GS 350 and 400 uses a longer tube. Attached is a pic showing the difference... And, a very old thread outlining the differences.
