I was wondering if it is possible to swap a 340 with a chevy 350.Would the 350 mate uo with the transmission?

 

It would be quite a bit of work, and not worth it to swap.

And, to answer the question, no the tranny won't mate up.

You could swap in a Buick 350 quite easily. I believe it just bolts up, and the parts are cheaper.
