It has a '67 front grille with a '66 hood and parking light grilles. That's a '68 430 under the hood, too. At least the interior seems to be a correct '67 package.
I know very little about A-bodies and next to nothing about Rivs. But something about the front of that car didn't look correct, the angles or something.
Mismatched parts are not always a big deal, but the engine not run in 10+ years could be problematic. Cylinder walls and/or valves are likely rusted, engine will need a tear down & rebuild. Also, looks like a non A/C model, unless the system was torn out. No compressor, but it looks like the evaporator box is on the firewall.
