Just pulled it from a barn down south and giving it a good cleaning. '67's look all muscle, don't they?
The car is solid. Someone put a fresh coat of paint on it decades ago on a pretty humid day down south. Tiny moisture bubbles on it. But, these '67s are pretty easy to look at.
In the 20 years since I have owned mine, I have come across at least 20 1967 4-speed convertibles; I suspect 10% of the 422 built...perhaps 42? Who knows....I have been thinking of starting a 67 GS Convertible registry when I have more time. Any more pics?
I got one too #s matching engine/trans/rear but needs resto. Doing a frame off. The recession hit me pretty good so it's a future project. Org. white with black top and yellow bucket int. and disks. Ray
Wow! And this GS was a barn find!?! Lucky you! How much did it set you back? I would love to see more pics, too. Under the hood, the trunk, and the interior.
