hey i got a 12 bolt i took out of a 69 skylark iam sure it didnt belong there where do you get the date from maybe its what your looking for see ya gransportw
The date will be cast in right below the cover on the back of the rearend.. There is also a stamping on the rear half way up the axel tube on the passenger side about half way up from the bottem Closest poit to the front of the car.. If it was in the car you would have to look at it from the transmission.. Hope that makes scence..Thankyou Randy sprkplg@centurytel.net
