Complete set of hood scoops,chrome bezels and the inserts that I repop. Hood scoops are in nice condition with all mounting studs intact. Chrome bezels are in decent shape, there is some markings in the chrome bar across the top but you really have to be up close to notice it. Also there is a bit of peeling on the underneath side by the mounting studs. For being 46 years old this set is still in very nice condition. $300 plus the ride ( shipping most likely around $25 for most states and that would be with a track and delivery confirmation shipment ) I have the inserts available seperately if anyone is looking for those.
Chrome and for the record I would give that for the chrome parts alone but they better be nice. I have perfect scoops and new inserts I need the chrome bezals
Here are some very close up pics of the pitting and the very small light pitting. Holding these up close you can see the problem areas, but holding them out at arms length it gets harder to see the very small light pitting. Mount them on the hood and it's even harder to see them and yes they are not perfect unfortunately, but still a decent set to use as is or a great canidate for replating because their not broken or heavily pitted. My price break down was Scoops $125, Bezels $140, inserts $35= $300 Thanks!
Gary: You have the price broken down by individual components. What I really want are the bezels only.... plan to send them for plating. Will you separate out the bezels from the scoops and inserts and sell them by themselves? Will purchase whole set if I have to,but would plan on putting them back on the board w/my old bezels once they have been rechromed. A homemade core swap program. Thanks ! Archie
