So jet black 9 inch drop in the rear 6 inch in the forn. Custom black billet grill and hid headlights. I left the interior all original. The car has a v6 225 3 in the tree shifter and it drives awesome. I have put in allot of time and endless hours of body work to make this car not only pin straight but to my taste. Any questions feel free hope you enjoy

I keep it garage ac cooled lol. Its not a v8 but it has a quite littel v6 and the three on the tree is cool i like it. Car and motor have 52k originakl miles on it. I was the second owner. It's sort of rare with the 3 on the tree, but not sure how desirable that is. Being a convertible helps raise it's value, but it's not a GS. Look up the value in some books and see what others are going for on Ebay and Craigslist. You can always keep it for a while and have some fun!

Nice work and it shows. Those wheels sure give it a different look, but I think it would look good with almost any wheels. I have no idea of value, but you wont make much per hour.

Yeah it def was allot of work i didnt post pix of the whole process cuz i would have to upload 300 pix lol. It was so scary apinting this thing black cuz i didnt want to wave at anyone driving down the road lol. I didnt build it to make money but i was just curious. Yeah the three on the tree is fun though i enjoy it its different and it aint nothing but three shifts so. I will keep it for a while in florida its a perfect weekend cruiser not bad on gas and with the top down on the beach its aweosme. Im gonna put it for sale at 20 grand and if anyone bites then great if not oh well i dont need the money. Someone who likes the look i made will buy it its a desired taste. All show no go lol

    Great job! I like it!

There is a HUGE difference in what a car is worth and what it would sell for. I have a car that is worth about $30,000 but would likely sell for about $10,000. Put it up for sale for what you want and see if it sells....

thank you and i totally understand what your syaing i kinda made it my own for sure. I know having the v6 225 kills it but they dont exist anymore. The fact that its 3 in the tree i know aint desirebale but you dont see that. i was told they only produced 143 three in the tree in 66 but i am not 100 percent im just trying to find out if its def worth keeping or selling. I was offered 14 grand but i think i can get 16-17 you dont see many black on black on black cars that are pin straight considering we all know how hard black is to paint

I don't think anyone is going to buy it as a collector's item. It may be rare, but I don't think the rareness is making it desirable.

I do think someone would buy it because you did an amazing job on it, it looks custom without looking hacked. Perfect car for someone who wants a cool car to drive on Sundays, but isn't super obsessed with desirability, performance, etc. If the economy recovers some more and you found the right buyer, I could see getting 17-18k for it.

That is one sweet looking ride! 66 is the best! Ask me how I know. Tampa isn't that far from Ft. Lauderdale. Come down and do my body work. Tell me or better yet share how much body work you had to do when you get some time.
