If anyone is seriously interested, I could go look. It's on the other side of the state, but I have people over there: https://greatfalls.craigslist.org/cto/d/chester-1966-buick-riveria/6773997501.html

I don't know....not my car, this is a lead. It's listed in Great Falls but the license plate is from Chester, which is about 4 or 5 hours north and east of here.
This looks like a good deal; it's not too far from me either, about 6 hours or so. It's just that pesky border and something called an exchange rate...
A little pricey, but complete. Base model, looks like manual windows. Why are the A/C and alternator belts missing, I wonder. A/C isn't going to blow that cold with no belt on the compressor.
They took it outside and started it. Bet the rad's dry too, which would account for blowing cold air.
It's obviously a driver. Those used to be eastern Montana grasshoppers all over that bumper and grille. They get about 3"-4" long and can't fly so well, so you end up with them mostly just on the lower part of the front of your car when going down the highway, so this thing obviously runs, was driven, and not cleaned up before the pics were taken....
I contacted the guy, he owns a small car Museum/ sales I guess. He was willing to drop alittle but not enough to accept my offer. I would love to have it but its 1200 miles and I can't pay more without seeing it and even if it met my expectations, it is a no frills model so I think I'm good under $10k, not over.
