would a 1966 riviera , 4 drum single reservoir car have a metering block somewhere that prevents either the front or rear brakes of bleeding in case of fluid loss? Like a pin to reset?

I’m having the hardest time bleeding the brakes on a friends 1966 riviera after replacing the rear axle steel and rubber line.

I see very minimal fluid that could have been left over from when I attempted to reverse bleed them.

    Any input would be appreciated

    Thanks guys
