So I found one for sale but the heads and intake are off the motor but its got the cool clam shell head lights and I think I might want it hes asking 1100 for it anyway what motor would be in a 66 riviera ???? thanks guys
The '66 should have a 425 Nailhead unless she was molested.:grin: Btw, clamshell headlights were only on a '65 Riv, located in the fenders. The '66-'69 are located in the grille and are not called "clamshells".:bglasses: Can you post a picture of this car? There is also one on ebay right now, but it looks like a rustbucket. Must be a 65 like Joe says. If it is a very solid and complete car (other than the top end of the motor), it should be worth that. I would want a pretty good interior and no rust though. Pics.???
