How Do I Know What Wheels Will Fit My Car I Was Told That Only 2 Years Will Fit My Car?

I'm pretty sure Buick factory wheels from 65-70 will work no problem, and later wheels might. The hub design changed in '65 to the more standard GM fullsized hub from the larger hubs used previously on cars such as my '64 Riviera. Though this should be in the Boatloads of Fun section not the Nailhead.

I've forgotten most of what I found out about these wheels when I was looking for some but I will try clearing some confusion with what I can remember of the top of my head...
As far as I can tell, all of the big car bolt pattern rally wheels fit on the studs.
The real early (64-65) version has a smaller center hole and less rear offset than later versions.
The 66-70 (?) version has a larger center hole that the 65 centers will not fit in.
There is some later version (I think 71 and later) that has more rear offset but had the same small center hole as the early versions.
They were some like those in a larger 7 inch width available on the wagons.
I think that I have at least one of each (except the 7" wide one) here that I can pull out and measure the differences.
Let me know if you want me to. :TU:
