I am posting this for a local BCA chapter member. Her husband passed away several years ago and this was a project that he was right in the middle of working on. It appears that it's been painted, but will need assembly. I'm not sure what else needs to be replaced or repaired. She plans on putting her house on the market this Spring, and the car needs to be gone before then. There was no talk of price, so this is why it's posted in the "leads" section. I imagine she is pretty negotiable. I believe she's got the help of a local Volvo club member to get things organized enough to be able to see what they have.
