    Hey Guys,

I have a 1965 Skylark GS with manual drum brakes. I would like to add a Power Brake Booster. I know the 64-66 A-Body used a 9" Booster. Will the 11" Booster from the 67-72 clear the inner wheel house? Any other fit issues?

    Thanks, boway

Do you really need three threads for the same topic?

No need to worry, Devon, I got you covered

I"m gunna venture a guess and say no. I put Power discs on my wife's old 65 El Camino, using an 11 inch booster, and I used a hammer to clearance the fenderwell. You never really saw the dimple, but I dinged it pretty good to make it fit.

Originally the thread was in triplicate. I responded to the first one about the booster. This post was meant to be a joke but apparently the mods removed two of the threads and left this one. Sorry, just having a little fun.

You can use the 9" booster if you have one. My car originaly had power drum brakes. I switched to disc but kept the original 9" booster. It works just fine and I don't have any extra clearance issues.
