Nice, clean 65 Riviera GS in Champagne Gold on ebay. Lots of options and it looks pretty clean. Currently at $10,200 with a couple of days left. Anyone want to throw an estimate at how much the final bid will be? My guess? $15,700 check it out at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Buic...9105305?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2eafdebb19 Carl
Nice car but I'm seeing indicators that say there are some serious rust issues waiting to emerge. JMHO Bob H.
It went to $15,100 the last time it was listed by the same seller at no reserve.:spank: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200502541493&ssPageName=STRK:MEDWX:IT
so you're saying the guy bought his own car since he's back at it again...doesn't that get expensive?? thanks for the history
No, what I am saying is that whomever was the high bidder didn't complete the purchase. Could have been that he didn't have the money and was just playing games, or could have been he looked at the car and it wasn't as expected, or could have been he was working with the seller to bid it up. You just never know these days on eBay. There are people who bid on cars with no intention of actually buying them. eBay ads for cars are actually relatively cheap compared to what eBay charges for other items.
I'm not very good at spotting this stuff in pictures... what are you looking at to think there are serious rust issues about to emerge?
there were 12 bidders earlier today with the price at $10,200. Now there are 14 bidders and the price hasnt changed...the wierdness continues. This one will be fun to watch in the last few minutes or so of bidding.
There are 14 bids placed, but only 9 bidders bidding so far. The top bidder has upped his undisclosed max bid twice today since he became the top dog this morning. David
