I had contacted this guy about two weeks ago. It's an eastern Washington car. As I recall, it was in a little fender bender years ago and needs a hood, grill, fender, probably bumper. I probably would have driven over to look at it except I wanted a running project.
    He had lots of pictures.

I do spend too much time on craigslist!

This car has a 401 super wildcat, auto trans, 34,264 miles. The car has only been registered 3 years and I am the second owner. I have never tried to start the engine but it does turn over and has good compression. I have all of the info on the number of cars that were produced and the number on this car. If you would like more info please call 509-528-0616. Only serious inquiries please have pictures but they files were to large to post. Car is also available to look at almost anytime. I am asking 4000.00 or best offer, my loss is your gain.

I have a '65 w/ fresh mild built 455, and a '64 project, listed in the "cars for sale" section, also listed on Craigslist San Diego & Los Angeles.

Sounds like a very good car for someone. Wish I would have found this site before I found my car. Lots of good info and leads here. I love the car that I ended up with, but I started out looking for a 65 Skylark to put a big engine in. I'm in Western Washington, but I even looked at the California craigslist cars. Figured that if I found the right car at the right price it would be worth the trouble.
I can't help still looking at craigslist though. Maybe after I get over the spending on this car another "got to have" will come along.

I saw the pics of this , seems like a lot of $$$ for a wreck missing parts.

Doesn't look that clean and it doesn't run.

It's gonna need another $ 30,000 at least on top of the purchase.
