My tranny seems to shift to 2nd gear right away. What controls this and how do I fix it. Do they sell shift kits for this tranny?
See if you have vacuum from the engine to the modulator. Modulator controls the part throttle shift points. Replacements are adjustable. Shift kit - no. But I did post a bmp or jpg on this forum last summer showing where to drill the spacer plate to make one for free. A search should find it OK.
