    Talk to Mike Trom.

He has all of the data and can make you a really nice replica. He made one for each of my cars and they're a hit at every show.

Do you have (or have you ever posted) clearer photos of your car? Would love to see the interior and exterior images sometime!

I'm curious, do you know how many of those option codes show up on your accessory plate?

I'll post some better pics this weekend. I've been so busy driving it since I got it back in July I haven't had time to take many pictures. Very few of the options actually show up on the accessory plate. I also have the protect-o-plate for this car, which is about 90% original (new top and repaint in ~2005) Original color was Desert Beige but it was repainted Diplomat Blue. The interior is original as is the drivetrain (which has never seen any serious work). It just turned over 100K miles.
The car has all of the options listed except for the tach, power antenna, and dual exhaust (I plan to add all of them very soon). I will likely make two reproduction window stickers, 1 for the original equipment and one for the car after adding the other options.

ouch, when you said dual exhaust, I got a nervous twitch. I made a similar switch many years ago. It was a nightmare, but then again I was no mechanic. Actually, was the final straw in a bad breakup with Ex-girlfriend. I learned something that I should start a thread on sometime: there are two sizes of exhaust manifold ends. A guy in PA made the dual pipes for me, and they did not fit my manifold ends. He insisted they were the correct size for a '64 401. I went and bought like 4 sets of manifolds, and frankly, I forget how it all worked out, but I can tell you that you should be certain when you get the new pipes that the flanges fit at the manifold. Also, I hope you have a better plan for the hangers than I did (no plan).

Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to discourage you - there is nothing like the look of two chrome pipe ends under that back bumper of a '64 Buick. That single pipe was driving me crazy, and I needed to see the two ends.

Thanks for the advice. I made the mistake a few years back to make a custom single 3" exhaust for my '95 Riviera from sections of mandrel bent tubing and using a racing SS muffler. To make a long story short I spent a whole week fabricating everything and getting it just so, only to have the $200 muffler warp at the inlet and outlet pipes which caused it to have a Z-shape. There was about 2" difference in ground clearance between the front of the muffler and the back, all in only about 24" of length. The muffler maker wouldn't back his warranty, so I ended up replacing it with a Magnaflow.
This time I will take it to a custom shop who can make all the correct connections and route it as the factory would have. The factory shop manual has a pretty good diagram of the stock dual exhaust set-up.
