I have a pair of tail lights that are above average in condition but not perfect. They are nicer than then all of the taillights on Ebay that I've seen recently. $100 + shipping from 60586 for the tail lights only. Thanks, Brian
Ponch, Thanks. Ya know..............I would think there is someone out there that would want these things to replace their pitted up barnacle tail lights. These are way above average. They have been sitting in my dining room for months..............on top of code enforcement I have my wife here. I'm sure she was slightly happy in some way that they visited my house. If it was up to her she would call that 800 Junk # and all of this stuff would be gone in an hour.
Sitting in the Dining Room? My Wife complained about all the parts in the garage. "What are you gonna do with all those motors"? I dialed 800 Junk and got rid of my Wife. Can you imagine life without static? I was even able to paint that 300 Intake on my Dining Room Table!! :laugh: PONCH
Brian, do you still have these tail lights?? I just sold my 64 to a good friend of mine and he would be interested if you still have them. Also he is looking for a passenger side mirror and i told him that you would be the first guy to check with. He is going to join to board eventually but i gave him your phone number so he could check with you about the tail lights and the mirror. Not big on this Brian,weither I believe you spoke to a moderator or not, ethics and good business first. I was ready to buy them and was looking for shipping cost before I issued payment, like I have in the past 5 items I bought from you. I asked you repeated times about tail lights and the other rear tail chrome before. And furthermore, I didn't deserve being ignored on another member notifying another friend, just in case he would or may be interested. As a matter of fact, this friend buyer isn't even a member here. The way I looked at it, I was the buyer and member first in line.
Tim, The reason why I reached out to George the moderator for the parts for sale section is so I wouldn't get caught in any drama. I don't care if you believe me but I still have the PMs when I contacted the moderator. I wanted to follow the rules no doubt. I've been on here long enough and know to check and make sure I'm not doing anything wrong per the board rules. Tom is a board member as well and he passed on the info to someone that he knows. I don't think that's doing anything wrong I see people do this on here fro time to time. His friend did become a board member as you can see his post in the thread. Anyway I'm not sure how I became the "bad" guy. These tail lights were posted on here since 1/8/2013 which would calculate to multiple "months" there was plenty of opportunity for yourself and many others to jump in if interested. See the date of the parts thread they have been listed on here over 3 months now.
