The ad states that it passed the "Alberta safety done" So perheps it's mechanical sound, but tires paint and poor wiring.. All the fugly wiring can be undone, as long as the body, engine, interior and so on is good.. Somebody should check it out.. Could be a cheap way into muscle cars..
The valvecovers states "400".. And there's i charger, not a dodge, but battery placed on the grill.. Not the best signs..

I've seen that pail, It certainly has "patina" and could use some work. It's photographed near the plant I work at. Chances are the guy just got laid off, there have been a lot of layoffs in the area recently as the oil industry has completely imploded.
