Hi Guys, I have the centre section of the rear bumper from a 1964 Buick Wildcat or LeSabre. I bought it as a core (although it was VERY nice I still re-chromed it). I had it re-chromed and left it in the packaging for the last five years till I was ready to install it. That's when I found out that a LeSabre or Wildcat bumper does NOT fit an Electra!!!! This bumper is perfect and never installed since re-chroming. I have it on eBay with a buy it now price of $1000 but I will offer it to anyone on this board for $500. Please know that $500 is less than I spent on the re-chroming alone and I will not go lower.
Hello Cobravii- Any chance you are in need of fender skirts for your Electra? I ran into the same issue when I made the purchase for the skirts. I have yet to post it, just noticed you had a 64' Electra. Let me know if there is any interest. Thanks!
Thanks for the offer. I already have a few spare sets of skirts. BTW, Electra is only Buick of that year that had skirts. What were you trying to buy skirts for?
I always liked the look of skirts on this generation of GM vehicles. That opinion changed after actually seeing them on a LeSabre..... Electras look slick with skirts though. Best of luck with your sale!
Wished I had some extra coin lying around. Just dropped about 10k in home repairs. Any chance you're looking for anything for your car? I have some hard to find NOS and used parts available for trade.
I am interested in anything '64 Electra like all the chrome along the bottom of the car, a grill, a rear bumper center section, cornering lights etc. Also anything dual quad. I don't really "need" any of it but would like to have spares put away. They just don't make this **** anymore....
Sorry, no dual quad stuff or Electra specific items. I do have a straight, rust free right fender and console shift steering column. NOS stuff includes all light lenses except front parking lights, heater control, and other small bits for interior.
