Not mine http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/cto/3317796270.html This is a very, very, rare NUMBERS MATCHING car from the south with all the original parts and pieces. Solid floorboards and trunk, minimal surface rust, and all the chrome and trim pieces are intact. The car is in very good shape, and I have done a lot of work to get it in running condition with over $1,500 in parts alone. The car has the 7 litre V-8 425 cubic inch engine, with 340 hp & 465 ft. lbs of torque and runs very well for a 48 year old car. The motor does not smoke or leak oil. The car sat for 15 years and I took measures to make sure it was started correctly to preserve the engine's integrity. I had the original Carter AFB carburetor rebuilt, installed all new wheel cylinders, new window switch, new brake shoes, replaced all flexible brake hoses, alternator, thermostat, battery and tune up w/new plugs/wires/cap/rotor. Car has 150,000 miles, power windows, power steering, power brakes, and an AM radio! The car is all original, a true survivor with all the pieces it came with and I have a lot of spare parts that came with the car. 2 extra sets of year correct wire wheel covers and other hubcaps, tailights, & turn signals. $4,150 OBO, divorce forces sale so if you're interested make me an offer.
Nice one: a few dents but looks serviceable. I've heard about '64 Silver-Arrow editions being highly sought, this could be one.
I drove by a 64 or 65 maroon Riv yesterday for sale. It was in a less desirable area so I didn't turn around to look at it. I may go back and check it out this weekend early in the morning. This silver ones looks decent. If I needed to fill a garage space I would get this one. Divorce sales are usually good for the buyer and not the seller!
This guy has three rivs listed on craigslist, I think the maroon one was $42000!!!! http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/cto/3333665402.html
