    Hi everyone!
I've decided to make a new thread on my car's progress.
It's gonna be a slow progress, but progress indeed. :moonu:
(Not much progress has taken place, but this is the beginning.)

    Story time:

I bought this car early this year.
At first, I had no intention of buying this kind of car.
I saw it on craigslist and thought to myself: "Hmm...that's nice..."
(I was actually looking for an old S30 Z. So I passed it.)
The next day I checked craigslist again. I saw the Electra's ad again, and decided to click on it, again.

I wrote the number down and called the owner later on in the evening on lunch-time.
He said that he still had it for sale. So I asked my co-worker to bring me there after work.
When we finally turned the street, I got a glimps of the Buick in the distance.
For some funny reason I knew right then and there, I was going home in it!
The Electra won me over in an instant. Although it was kinda ratty and dirty, and didn't want to start, that didn't bother me too much.

I had a big crazy grin on my face as I drove it home later that night on probably 6 cylinders. "Oh joy!"

I'm now a happy owner, and proud to have an American car finally. :beers2:

Here are some pics when I first brought it home (next day), and washed it:

That's all for now. There probably won't be too many intense updates for a while, but I'll include the little things I do.
    Thanks for visiting.

    Thanks Brian.
The garage is tricky at times.
I'll be including engine and trunk shots here pretty soon.

Albert, great find, I love that color combo. Nice enough to drive as you work and make progress on the big land yacht. :TU:

    Thanks Louie!
I plan on driving it regularly while progress takes place.
