Iam new here, and new in general to classic cars. I just bought a 1963 Buick Wildcat from my uncle. I have never been a big classic car fan, but fell in love with this car the first time I saw it. As I far as I know everything is original in the car, and in excellent shape. I would like to know from the community what recommendations you would have as far as preservation, this is my main concern. I look forward to meeting everyone on here.

    Welcome aboard.

Aren't you near Brandywine Auto Parts?

I used to stop there when I traveled from Baltimore to Norfolk.:TU:

My aunt lived in Norfolk and drove a '63 Wildcat. My cousin went through a lot of rear tires when they first got it (...we were 16 that year and had shiny new drivers licenses). My aunt took it back to the Buick dealer and complained that there musta been something wrong with it. I don't think she ever knew. LOL:Dou:

    Keep your foot outa it.

The 63 I had was one of my favorite cars. I particularly liked the dynaflow. Do you have any pics of your car?
