1963 Buick LeSabre wagon with a twin-turbo Buick 350. The engine is a 1971 350 with over 100k miles on it. It is bone stock inside, it has the original intake and has never been opened up. The turbo kit came from Burton Machine. The wagon is being built by Red Dirt Rodz in Stillwater, OK. At first glance, the power output may seem low, but this engine originally made 174 hp at the flywheel, and that was before the 100k miles. We doubled the output, and this thing pulls like a freight train. This was our test engine, we are building a new Buick 350 with a custom cam from Comp Cams, ported heads and all the little tricks that make these Buick small blocks the most underrated engines in the performance market. Never cared about wagons much but this sure is a true sleeper:TU: That's what I was thinking! That's just their test engine so a more powerful one is in the making. Wish there was more vids like that!
I am pretty excited to get my good engine under boost from the twin turbos... At about 410 HP NA it should make good power under boost...
