I'm still trying to get some solid information on converting the front brakes on my 62 skylark to disc brakes. I now hear the easy way is to replace the front spindles with those from a 1962 Chevy II. These are also a 5 bolt lug pattern so that saves welding and re drilling spindles and drums. Can anyone confirm this????
All the Pontiac guys are using the Scarebird kits for the early Tempest cars. Never heard about the Chevy II swap before..... Check out performanceyears.com. Good luck! Brian
