Your new so we can only do business on this website, no disrespect to you but it's a new world and people are trying to scam everybody nowadays.
So, Where are you from? You never made an intro or filled out your profile page? So we could know.
    We really don't do emails.

Just keep coming back to this website and look for responses, thier are many knowledgeable men on this site that can help you out.

If your not running your car for along time and just a bunch a quick little starts then your draining your battery yourself.

If that's the same battery from 7 years ago it's probably bad. Service/check your battery to find out if even good. Your starter is good, it's starting your car, that s it's job.

Where are you finding the white stuff? In your radiator fluid or transmission?

Its likely when you washed the radiator at the carwash you got water in the transmission cooler part (its separate from the engine coolant)
Its the part where the two smaller lines attach. If thats the case, water and trans fluid dont mix - hence milky fluid.
remove the radiator, and wash again, let it dry completely. Blow it out with compressed air and let dry some more.
Change the transmission fluid, flush the lines.

Then you likely have water in the transmission.
