    I would believe so. I think it would be strictly a Canadian Car. Sam McLaughlin was the Head of GM Canada.

    I had one,... A 3 window Business Mans Coupe. Rumble seat too. Quite possibly an ex-Police Car.
    Had too many projects so I sold it. Real cool car. Would have made one heck of a street rod! Kinda wishin I didn't sell it. :3gears:
