Set of Centerline Billet Stars (17x8 - 5"bs & 17x9.5 - 5.5"bs) w/ Khumo 245/40/17s & MT Drag Radials 275/40/17. Tires have decent tread but on the older side, hold air fine. Wheels in great shape, no blems, curb rash, etc. Currently on my 87 Iroc but would definitely fit our A-bodies. Asking $800 w/ tires, $600 without.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

1965 Skylark. I already built a mockup wheel (17x8 which is 9 inches wide on the outside) and with a 245 there is not much room to spare. I don't think a 9" (10 inch outside) wheel with a 275 tire is going to fit. Here is a picture of the mock up wheel on the front:
I agree...17x8's all around will be a lot easier to work with. These will fit in a 68-72 no problem, the earlier A-bodies weren't blessed with as much wheel well.
