at the risk of starting a lengthy discussion of a very complicated issue, I suggest everyone take a look at this article. I just reread it (all 9 chapters, but it goes by quick until you get to the last couple. I had flashbacks of Chem 101 when my eyes would glaze over and the professor would lecture for an hour and then say "Any questions?" I felt like saying "Could you repeat yourself please?"
Anyway, there is some enlightening info here and after reading this thread, some people will change their methods, some will dispute the article based on experience. Just throwin' it out there.
