   Well, The seller is mistaken,Buick never made a 14x7 ralley wheel they were 14x6's.
   I hade some 14x7's made for my Skylark at a cost of $125.00 a wheel.
   I believe the seller is measuring the total width of the wheel,not the sealing part. A common mistake made by Many people!!
