Stage 1 car with buy it now of $14,000! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Buic...oryZ6144QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
This guy surfaces every so often. He usually lists 10-20 cars, '53 Skylarks, Corvettes, collector Caddilacs all on some poor schmuck's stolen ebay ID. He steals the ID from people who are stupid and try to buy car for a fraction of its worth. During the ripoff process he also directs the buyer to a spoof site that looks like Paypal or Ebay. When they log on he has their ID and password. If he doesn't get their money by selling cars he doesn't own, he steals their money from Paypal and uses their Ebay ID to scam more suckers. His auctions are easy to spot as he usually directs you to free email account(gmail, yahoo, etc.) for questions or the "Buy it Now". If you click on the ebay buy it now button, it won't work as he has cut and pasted someone elses auction. His cars are always high dollar cars offered for $8,500-14,000. I have played him a few times using a free email account to ask questions. I fain interest and ask him to do things outside of Ebay (sell with me sending him a moneywire, etc.)to which he always agrees. He is obviously overseas as his English isn't very good and he lies so much it is easy to trip him. I usually play him for a week or so and then send him an email telling him what a loser he is. Be careful as he has some computer skills to do spoof sites. I never contact him using my Ebay account.
He sent me a similar email. I told him the only way I would buy the car was if it were in person. Never heard back from him.....
i bet if i e-mail him my social security # and bank account # he will take less money for the car! :bla:
