I kinda thought about running the 107/118 out of nostalgia...Norm Dihle ran one for a bit in his white stage one.....miss that Ole fart so thought maybe run it for Norm haha Dynamic is 8.31 with the 107/118....considering the static is 9.8..which it should be
How does the 107-118 idle? I’ve looked for a video but it’s hard to find much on it. Seems like it would be a great cam with exhaust manifolds.
I've looked as well no luck....that was my intent as well good with manifolds....but that 118 lsa bothers me a little
Test ran that cam briefly with flattop pistons and a stock 70 top end, iron exhaust. It made good power with a 3k stall. Idle was borderline 900 rpm or so for power brakes but sounded mean and way better idle characteristics than the c107 I have in my iron 455 now. Great cam for high comp all iron 455. Sold it at the 2022 nats to a friend for his 4 speed gsx
