It did happen. we all know the motor exists because there was a sound clip of it, and i'm pretty sure some of the guys would be able to tell if it wasn't a buick. The motor made power the way it should make power. go read the old thread again and tell me where you get the hint it was a joke. I bet you put those numbers through some math tests they will come out right. every time. the guy (billmah52) but a lot of effort into making the sbb better and tryed to get us parts for it by proving how good of a motor it is. sorry it hasn't happened yet.
Theres a lot of things we haven't seen pictures of that i bet you still beleive are true, so why is a 1000 hp motor not beleivable? It could also be mocked up and be empty inside for all know. I could take picture of my bosses motor and tell you it makes 692hp and say 604 ft/lbs - but its never fired up, and it would look real.

Think before you post, brains were given to be used

    Joke......based on what???

I've never personally met Bill M., but I would trust anything he said to be true.

Custom parts take time to develop. Last I knew, that's where he was at.

    a. it was explicitly stated that the block was torn down after dyno tests and they found that the main bearings were showing damage.

    b. turbo v6's go over 1000hp all the time. and it's the same block. why would you think that an engine with a taller deck and two extra cylinders would not be capable of 4 digit power numbers?
