    So after fighting with the last bolt holding my extension housing onto the tranny... I notice pieces of the housing falling off. (see picture) Am I able to use JB weld and build this area up? Or will a larger washer and the JB weld do the trick?

    Wouldn't stop me from doing that. But I'm cheap. If you know someone that can weld aluminum, that's even better.

    I would get it welded dressed and redrilled... no issues again.

    Since you have a TH350....those are everywhere...get another housing...they are cheap.
