I think that Desert Gold car used to be mine, back around 1989!
Does it have a funny torched out hole in the back of the trunk right above the right side taillight? And Skylark emblems ON ONLY ONE SIDE?

Here's the last GS I had. Was a '72 350 car that had been converted to Stage 1 power back in 1988. Bought the car from a friend of mine who had gone thru a divorce and needed to sell it. I ended up selling it to a Bill Pruitt (in Indiana?) back in Sept., 2000. Bill are you around here somewhere?

This is my 70 Skylark drag car. Running a 73 455 built to stage 1 specs. Right now runs 8.21 at 89 mph in the 1/8th. Keep in mind that I have 3:55 open diff and STOCK DRIVELINE including cam. Hope to see everyone in Bowling Green next month. By the way, e-mail me at awschlimme@aol.com and let me know the rules before I get another chewing for running too fast with no rollcage. :3gears:
OK, how the heck do you send pics???? someone please e-mail me and let me know!
