Cover was cleaned, deburred, passages radiused, oil pump cover refaced, new pump gears set up correctly, new rubber crank seal, new oil filter, all threaded holes good or repaired. Ready to bolt on. Not painted as not everyone uses the same color. This oil pump has .0025" clearance. $250 plus shipping with a rebuildable core. Core charge is $75 if yours is not usable or you do not have one. CORE NOTE. I suggest leaving the water pump and oil pump cover on as I have ways to get the bolts off without breaking them. This saves me work. If it turns out the water pump cavity is corroded too much to reuse it will be returned if you request. Not trying to make it difficult, just fair for both of us.
Possibly in line. I have a cover with a helicoiled water pump cover bolt hole and one other small water pump bolt broken off. Would that still be a suitable core?
