Nice Rides Can I post mine Its A 67 G/Skylark 400 400 12bolt with a special grill & GS400 trunk trim missing its badges. She's not a clone or ever will be I like my skirts.
Nick, I can't get it much nicer without doing a frame off which it doesn't need. New paint job was enough!! And Nick, here is my other 67 GS tribute that your awesome 67 GS inspired and just back from a month at Summit Racing Summit said they may call me for the red convertible later this year which would be nice
That's what I was referring to, the new paint job with the new pin stripes. That car looked great before it was painted and it looks even better now. Your wagon is awesome and I would love to park my car next to it someday for some side by side pics. That would be so cool!
Thanks for posting that John, I kept waiting for John L. to post pics but it never happened. That happens to be THE baddest '67 GS on the planet!
hey guys. well i'm the new proud owner of a 67 gs400 conv. bought it today and its now in my shop. Theres some work i'll have to do to it but i'm thrilled. thanks for all the help and leeds. johnny
Nice car Fred! That's a rare one, and it only took you 5 1/2 yrs. to post that pic. I thought maybe the car you have listed in your signature was just ALL the parts in your stash needed to assemble a '67 GS convertible. But no, it's a whole car! I'm glad we all finally got to see it. Thanks for posting!
Great car Fred! The 4-speed is really cool especially with that Muncie shifter. Thanks for sharing the photos. It would would be great to add that one the registry of '67 GS400s that still exist. So far there are 77 on the convertible list and only 21 of them have a manual transmission. If you would be willing to add your car to the list send me a PM. I'm not tracking who owns the cars and no personal information is ever posted publicly. I'm only interested in how many cars still exist, regardless of the condition. https://1967gs.com/67-gs-registry
Well, This is where I've left it on the resto. It's sitting in my warehouse now. It's really a shame because i have so much time and effort into it.
pictures of my 67. i have all the paper work from day one. Getting the interior done this winter should be done by christmas. built early sept 66 so it has rare 3 piece wheel well trim front johnny
Would be neat to find out who ended up with my old 67,had a reclining pass seat, last iheard Fred Englehart had it
