Tim, from one Pennsylvanian to another that is a sweet Turbo T you have. I don't see many in my area.[/QUOTE] Thanks for the kind words, Mike. Steve, you're right. I forgot they discontinued making black non GN turbo Regals with the WO2 package when they introduced the WE4. They are rare. I've seen a few, but not many. My 87 Buick brochure shows one.

You nailed it! :TU: That's exactly what it should look like. Do Regal limited's also have column shift? I need a color printer.ou:
I have a couple odd ball 87s one they quit producing in march of 87 Cream Beige. This one is loaded and I own a 24 K Rosewood car.The we4 was introduced Due to WE2s (GNs) could only be 30%of the total turbo sales and they were running out of interior parts .The MAIN reason Regals are lighter are the Wheels and the steel bumper supports the GN had
My T limited was also originally the dark blue ,with blue pillow seats no vinyl top, on its way to being a storm trooper no tho
Also, your car should have the dark blue body side moldings. (31Q) from your SPID. picture 1 and 2. Due to the seat restrictions (AM6 or AS7) used on the Limited cars, ALL of the LIMITEDs will have column shifters. Leather 45/45 seat cars (AS7) cars will have the non-shifting console (DE9). Bucket seats (AR9) were not an option on the Limited cars.
Wow, only 52 option codes. That is LOW. Looks like a cool ride. No G80. As above, WO2 is the black out option. OP car doesn't have it but the front bumper has the white stripe in the rubber rub strip like a chrome bumper would have. y56 is the t package Lots of quirky stuff with these cars.
Bob, I love your turbo cars. I might have even commented on your rosewood on turbobuick.com when you were going to buy it. Just beautiful.
Yes, I too have seen more than a hand full of black 87 Turbo Regals with chrome bumpers, some with chrome, some with the WO2 black out. All with 86 build dates( the ones I was able to look in the driver door jam). Like i say, I keep looking and I am unsure if Buick made the black WO2 unavailable or if all black other than we2 and we4 were disallowed.
A little excerpt from Dennis Kirban's Turbo regal Book. Good reading if you are interested in Turbo Regals. GM bulletin. This implies to me that black without the WO2 would have been available but I still haven't seen one with an 87 build date. If you see one get a pic of the door jam and car. I'd be very interested to see one.
I had an early build Sept 1986 ,1987 Black Regal Turbo T with W02 black out trim, chrome bumper car back in late 90's. I knew back then it was a short lived available combination.
MAN, who are you kidding; He is loaded with options: Split bench seat (AM6);Sport Mirrors (D35)Tilt wheel (N33),Intermittent pulse wipers (CD4), and heavy duty battery (UA1). He COULD have gotten less, with the radio options...Base bench seat (A65);(AM/FM seek scan stereo radio UK4, stereo provisions UQ1, 4speaker standard speakers U64) ... He could have gotten radio delete, or the base am radio; either which came with front speakers installed... And if I remember correctly, Regals CAME equipped with body side molding (31Q) in this case in the base package.. Looks like his car is the standard option group "GA" package.from the 1987 Regal car order guide
Yes, the tilt wheel with the crank windows is weird. Must have been a fat person with long arms who ordered it.
