I would hook up a vacuum gauge with the engine running, and note the reading with the engine warmed up. Spray some carb cleaner at the suspected areas, and watch the gauge. If there is a leak, you'll hear the engine respond as well. You also have the secondary throttle shaft there. That could be leaking.
I'll be ordering one from Cliff later this week... It looks like the sides of the he sells are wider.... What sucks is I won't know for a long while if the work better.. This is what my car looked like last week..
I've had better luck lately using the thin gaskets. I wonder if those plastic grommets can be removed or thinned a bit?
