Very disappointed to report thus, went the the Car and Coffee at Hunt Valley MD. and right in broad day light someone reached in and stole my GPS off my windshield. I know, I get it, should have locked it up. No more will I go there, sad day!
Unfortunately, even car shows are not what they used to be. Not many people have any respect for life or property anymore go at your own risk.
As many of you know me, I'm straight forward and honest. Also do not hide my short comings or mistakes, that being said I still found hard to believe someone at a car show would take something from a classic car. Well it did not happen. I went back out and wondered if the GPS fell off the windshield, well it did, did not see it at first being a black GPS and black carpeting. When I make a mistake I try to right my wrongs.
Glad to hear you found your GPS in your car but I still stand by my statement. 5-10 years ago was a different story.
True, times have changed some what. The loss of the item is not to me an issue just the idea of someone taking it. I still see lots of good in our hobby. It was a great relief it turned out as it did, as I posted before you all are the best!
