Does anybody know if there is a company that reproduces the chrome base for the 66 skylark Arm test pads that mount to the door?
Stay tuned! Big things may be happening. I'm the guy that made some for my car. I'm in the middle of doing a CNC conversion on a milling machine I bought, but it will be a few months to get up to speed on CNC machining. Here's a test fit of one before I cut the vertical serrations in the finger hole section. They are not exact reproductions, but they are made of solid aluminum, so they are way stronger. Also, they are not chrome plated, just bare machined aluminum, but could be polished or chrome plated.
you could also get a 3d printer to make plastic ones but i gotta say the cnc is awesome. let me know on that. there are few more things you could do on a 66 people will jump all over too. hood vents for a gs radio delete. anything pot metal.
64-67 arm rest bases are now reproduced! https://oldbuickparts.com/product/1964-1967-buick-front-arm-rest-chrome-base-14/
