I as wondering the same thing. The owner handed it over in the original boxes! It must have cost a fortune. Usually in the $1000-1500 range for something like that. He's been hoarding parts for this car for years, though.
Thanks! I replaced the drivers vent window yesterday and installed the two passenger side door panels. Today, the other two go back on before the "big game" party. I took some photos yesterday before the weather took a crap, and took it down to the gas station for a fresh tank of good stuff.
The 57 is finished and back in Chicago. Big Blue's owner is a happy camperray: Next up is a 58 Super coupe! I am picking it up in Cincinnati this weekend.
