He said it best - some of the pie is better than none of the pie. And that goes both ways. Does Mary Barra make too much? Who knows? Does the guy at the plant sleeping in a corner on 3rd shift hiding behind the UAW make too much? Who knows? Two things are likely true. Both sides need each other, to a point. And poke the golden goose one too many times, and off to another country goes manufacturing. They did that here in Syracuse, NY, with New Process Gear, Carrier and Fisher Guide. The whole region suffers.
