You can give us a call as we deal with Crower and can work it out pretty easily, we already know everything that would need to be done too.

Last time I spoke to Mike Snr we had made a descision on the 4.5" bore/stroke ratio using a crank that he was developing with Crower. This will yeild 572cui. Im hoping for more than 800hp with my stg2TE heads flowing 380+cfm at '650 thou lift. As Mike Jnr was explaining, we need to wait for a cylinder head that will flow easy 400+cfm to support the 700inch motors. As it is I will have to relieve the cylinder head at the mating surface because of the difference between the chamber and bore size???? I havent actually measured the chamber diameter as I have packed them away till the shortblock is ready.

How would you go about a 600ci on a standard height block?

    Thanks

    George,
I settled on a 572cui but I am probably going to go with the maxed out 604cui with my standard deck height block.....................cause it sounds better.
I havent spoken to Mike T yet but I would assume it wont be a problem as the internals havent been ordered yet.
C'mon Rod post some pics to wet our appetite!
    Cheers

Max Bore + Max Stroke (4.5 and 4.750) = 604 cubic inches of all hell breaking loose.

Is it a problem to run max bore and stroke on this engine like lets say it would be on a 455 block .060 over?will the block weaken?

    Thanks

Are any of the preordered blocks ready yet?? I thought that some would be done "this summer", and I was lead to believe one of them was mine. I called TA about 4 months ago (or more), the blocks appeared to be getting machined in the Los Angeles area (Southgate), I asked TA if I could just pick mine up instead of having it sent back to Az, only to be shipped back to CA. I never did get a call back, like I was told I would.
    Anxiously waiting, Gary G.
