I could NOT be happier with EDP!

Some of you may know that Ken, owner of EDP, and I have been good friends since the 1995 or 96. So is my kudos biased? Probably. But bias put aside, Ken originally built me this 7041540 back in 2009 and it was pretty with spray paint. The carb is modified and runs flawlessly. However, after 14 years of hard breathing on the 455 and paint that had gotten dirty, I decided to pay Ken to "refresh" my carb and finally, have him plate it. Well HUGE shoutout to Ken. Got it back yesterday. The color and finish was beyond what I expected. Pictures simply can not do justice. I bolted it on, and opened the garage door to this cold Connecticut weather. It sprang to life with two cranks. His electric choke conversion kit worked perfect as she rose to fast idle. Can't wait to hear that classic Rochester Moan this spring. Thanks Ken!

Now to be biased.....I know there are plenty of highly qualified Q-Jet builders, some here on the board, but if you have been putting off your build......reach out to Ken. You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Buddy

Nice, it's hard to decide if the carburetor compliments the engine, or the engine compliment the carburetor!

I've had many done by Ken for customers motors, start right up and dialed in to the level of performance I indicate. Turn around is usually a couple weeks unless certain plating is needed then a little longer.

I didn’t get a carburetor , but just recently bought a distributor he had rebuilt and ready for sale. Dropped right in and fire up once I got the timing adjusted. He was great to talk to on the phone and by email. Answered all my stupid questions.

Talked to and ordered on Thursday and surprised it arrived Saturday. Just in time for me to install New Year’s Day!

Only pic I got before installing.

Ken is a smart dude I enjoyed talking with him on the phone a long time ago.

I think he’s the only person on the planet that made a Q jet work for a blow through turbo application. I liked his trunk mounted turbo setup too! Ken port a pic of you have one???

Heck I even got him a year of free advertising in Canadian hot rod magazine back in the day LOL
