Saw this in a Facebook Buick Group. It's obvious what's for sale here and the implied use for it.

Someone offered me the 2 tags & title for a '70 GS 455 for $1500 not long ago. Definitely not the same one as this either. At least this one still has a body & hopefully orig BBB frame.

He yanked it pretty quick. I asked for more pictures and his response was that the whole body is rotten and it for the tags and title. Too much.

Seller hints at v.i.n tag, Trim tag and title being for sale.

If that all that really good it’s still too much.

I dunno, front suspension and wheels, doors, looks like some rear glass and a dash pad, trunk lid if it exists, might total close to $1600 as parts. I'd be a bit more interested in the nearby Barracuda if it was going cheap...

I remember seeing it posted when it was together. Now it’s more stripped.

Just the BBB frame if decent is worth some #.

Orig. Burnished Saddle w/white buckets & Gold (? or is "F" brown?) Top. Would be nice looking. Glen Biggers white car w/brown top/interior @ MCACN looked really nice - Made me wish I'd kept my old 10-10/185 '70 Stage 1.

I have the perfect (bucket seat) Skylark shell sitting here to restore this one if for some reason Brian doesn't buy it.

He claims that everything is junk and rotted,so not too helpful. Maybe he wants to keep it. That is why I had asked what else might be good. Trying to justify the $1800.00

He is selling the items needed to Vin swap a car. That's why he says "if you know, you know"

Yea,that’s obvious, but there are plenty of them available for well under $1k. Now if the frame is good and there are other savable pieces,OK,the $1800.00 might start to look attractive, but not the tags all by themselves.

for $1800 bucks I have 4-3 BBB vin and trim tags... Currently,I have 12 plus GS cars in my attic...NONE for sale though..

There ‘s plenty offered for $500-$800.00. More if they have other pieces. They sit. I’m not going through all that hassle to resurrect a car that is missing everything. It would have to be more than a typical GS455. Not worth it.
