I have a buick 350 and th350 i pulled out of my 72 skylark about 5 years ago, stored inside. Pulled motor for a restoration and am putting 482cui BBB back in its place. Motor comes with all the brackets power steering pump, distributor, 2bbl carb, and new timing cover. Too many extra parts to list. Only thing i dont think i have is the motor mounts (mine werent usable) Cam was replaced with a pretty much stock replacement (lifter got stuck on first intake valve and wiped a cam lobe when i first put the car back on the road) no engine issues since. Always started, always good oil pressure. Transmission has a rebuild on it with shift kit to firm up the shifts a little bit (only reason for the rebuild was due to an incorrect adjustment on the 2bbl replacement carburetor) transmission comes with torque converter (unsure of stall but am assuming its a stock converter), stainless trans fluid lines from inline tube, new gasket for transmission pan and filter as well. Im asking 300 cash for both engine and transmission, would like to see these go to a good home where someone needs them. Located in Hermitage, PA. Pickup only

OK I will think about it you are not too far away I'm in the Akron Ohio area. Is it a 72 motor? Not sure what stock compression was on those

Yes it is a '72 motor. It Was actually the original numbers motor out of the car. It will need re-gasketed as well. I wanna say stock compression ratio was 8.5:1. No machine work has been done to block

the 71-72 heads supposed flow better than 73 up but worse than 68-70. sean can elaborate better than me he is the 350 guru. there is also a difference way the coolant flows and the 72 is more prone to crack over the 73. the 71-72 is best performer of the low comp engines iirc. i have had several 73s,a 72 and a 69. the 72 was my best runner beside the 69 so they prob some truth to it.

I'd be a buyer if you'd strap it to a pallet and deliver to your local Fastenal store.
