    Hi. Does anyone here have the information to decode a 1960 Buick Electra 225 Data Plate? I'm attaching a photo of this plate on a car I'm considering. Would really be helpful if someone could help me understand what it is saying.

    What does a 1960 Electra 225 with turquoise leather upholstery supposed to look like? Or is this a blue interior rather than a turquoise interior?

    Hmm. Yesterday, there was a reply to this V8buick.com forum responding to my initial inquiry from Nailhead in a 1967, which I received an email notification about. It appears to have been deleted since. Not sure why. What was in my email notification is below. That is what caused me to ask the question above. Is this a 1960 Buick Electra interior color for blue, not turquoise? If this interior is blue, does anyone have an interior photo for an interior of a correct turquoise interior color?

    It's a convertible, one of 6746 built.
    05A =Built in de first week (A) of May (05), 1960
    PAINT TT3 = Turquoise upper and lower body colour.
    3 = convertible top colour = White
    Trim 859 = Turquiose leather upholstery, but it's not the original upholstery.
    Here's a photo:
