got a line leaking on my centurion. just going to swap it all to stainless. are they all 1/4 inch line?
Most are 3/16. Not sure of what 1/4 is there. Maybe front section from master to distribution block for front brakes.
Most cars have 1/4" line from the distribution block to the rear axles, then 3/16" from the T to the wheel cylinders. Keith
Should of been 1/4". Although the 63 cat I did with the single pot master and 4 wheel drums was 3/16" going back to the rear
I might be wrong...I've slept since then. That car was a bit rough, so it might have had some work done to it previously.
My 66 Riv has all 3/16 original lines, except short one fro MC to block. This one is 1/4. Drums all around and single MC.
Make sure you have a high quality flaring tool. I wasted a LOT of time and materials struggling with a cheap autoparts store flaring tool, before I bit the bullet and bought a better (Rigid) flaring tool. I think the trans coolers in my car ('68 Special) were also 3/16"?
