That was tongue in cheek, thus the tongue sticking out. It's cold and rainy, so I cooked some sausage in a skillet and scorched them with my propane torch.

It's no problem, there is a "reject" button in the drop down for handling complaints.. I just used it. I look at all the information when a complaint is lodged, and then I make a decision on if I need to follow up on it. the last couple were kinda knee-jerk deals I think.. Just be nice to each other guys, it's not that hard. JW
Here's the funny thing thought.. what we might considered more of the 'disagreeable' members.. are also the some of the most reliable contributors to the board, year after year.. Huh... JW
Blocking prevents you from seeing their content. It doesn't print them from seeing your content. So no, that doesn't work. How about just complying with the rules? Is that such a big problem?
Maybe they can block the people that they complained about. This way they won't have to play Deputy moderators. It's that easy. My problem is with the whiners, not the rules. Tired of the karens everywhere. Not sure what satisfaction anyone gets from reporting others.
I tend to look at the bright and funny side of everything. So, if I post something offensive to someone or something that is outside of the rules, please... by all means... send me a message and let me know, and know why. I do not intentionally post things to offend, hurt someone, or stir up trouble, and may not even realize why it would. That being said, I really enjoy the memes that y'all post!
So one of the less than ten needs to start an arrogant and immature thread and there will only be less than ten posters or subscribers.... Perfect!
Let me get this straight. The Funny Thread was removed because a handful of people complained about the content of a few posts, saying they were inappropriate and did not adhere to the rules of the site. Meanwhile, there is currently an active thread that initially mentioned food poisoning and has expanded into peoples experiences in extreme graphic detail. I read a few of the posts, was completely disgusted, and moved to a different topic. Does the content of this thread meet the site standards? I’m puzzled as to why the first thread was dropped and this one is allowed to continue. I don’t envy the moderators because they have the difficult job of balancing what is offensive and what is acceptable. I understand editing for certain content and I support that but I think it’s gotten to be somewhat selective at times and often seems as if some members have more leeway than others. Anyway, you can never please everyone. As for the 10 or so trouble makers, if they don’t like what they see they should go to a different thread, as I did. To those contributing to a thread, use some common sense and ask yourself if what you’re posting is appropriate.
These^^^^^^ Sorry Gentlemen, but your common sense & normalcy will never fly with the 10-20% of our hobby that can NEVER " just scroll on by"/ take "humorous posts as funny" or NOT be "offended by the truth"! Thank God they only make up a small percentage of our hobby! By the way...I am not so general about how many it would take to be removed to clean things up. I would say 2 maybe 3 would fix things immediately, but this will NEVER happen! Anybody can email me ... billsautoworks1@aol.com for an explanation & my opinion, as I don't want to add extra drama to the forum. These folks have done a bunch of that already!
